Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Please note during high order volume periods, there may be minor delays.

Shipping within Hong Kong

 

We offer free SF Express shipping (1 - 2 business days) for orders over HK$600.  All other orders will be charged a flat rate of US$4 (approximately HK$31.4)

International Shipping 

 

A variable rate will be calculated at checkout.

 

Unless otherwise specified, products will be shipped by the e-Express service provided by Hongkong Post. You may expect 7~14 business days for delivery.

For other mailing services, estimated delivery time will be shown for your reference.

While we do not assess any taxes to your purchase, you may be responsible for import taxes charged by your government. Check with your country’s import customs rates to see if you may be assessed this charge upon delivery.
